I have a degree in nutrition from the Faculty of Medicine from the University of Montréal and I have been part of the Professional Order of Nutritionists in Québec since 2009. As a clinical nutritionist, I have worked in multi-disciplinary medicine and in sports performance since the beginning of my career. I am also a certified trainer, coach and international conference speaker.
Through many years of clinical practice, I have become deeply interested in optimizing our health and athletic performance, building solid expertise to help my clients improve their physical condition, to be in better health and reach their target weight.
I work with professional athletes in various areas of sports as well as athletes preparing for the Olympic Games. Through my online coaching programmes or private consultations, I also help entrepreneurs and professionals from all walks of life, put into place a system of rituals and habits which enables them to optimize their health so they can be more productive on a daily basis.
I work mostly online and I have the privilege of helping thousands of clients every year to lose weight and keep it off, and to perform better.
My professional experience in nutrition, as well as working with several well-known sports trainers, has helped me display my full potential, going from an overweight young adult, who didn’t move much, to an international fitness competitor and running half-marathons..
I specialize in optimizing how your body is made up (losing body fat and/or gaining muscle mass) through creating optimal nutritional habits, without following drastic and restrictive diets. My approach to this is based on mindfulness and this allows my clients to create their own dietary habits in tune with their goals and their lifestyle.
I am passionate about optimizing people’s health and about people’s overall wellness and I am convinced that it is always possible to improve yourself and I follow what I teach so I can refine what I do and inspire my clients as much as possible.
