Anthony is a rare combination of a manager, a great communicator and an athlete, who has had a lot of experience as a sales executive with Nike and Levis Strauss, has handled major events and had a long career in Varsity American football.

Today, Anthony is a Business Leadership Coach and a Personal Coach for entrepreneurs and executives from various industrial and sales backgrounds as well as their teams of managers. He also works as a mind and personal coach for professional sports coaches in the top Italian football leagues and he often talks to sales teams and managers about motivation and inspiration during company meetings.

Anthony’s character, spirit and motivation go back a long way, with the ethos of sports competitions : sixteen years of American football and six years of athletics. Today, he stays in shape by going to the gym regularly and by playing basketball from time to time with friends.

After a long career as a manager, Anthony decided to go in another direction: he developed a method to help people give the best of themselves and bring out their unexploited potential, conscious that the biggest waste in life is the difference between who we are and who we could be.
