My name is Caleb Ortiz. I have 13 years of experience in the business world. I began my career in the operational areas of companies such as Megacable Communications, EducArte Publishing, and AutoZone Inc, working as a Jr. Manager and later Sr. Manager, Training Manager, and District Manager. I actively collaborated in the implementation of systems aimed at favoring the work environment through the leadership of managers and directors.
Later I specialized in recruitment methodologies, selection, and hiring of personnel in masses and specific positions, depending on the nature of the role or work to be performed.
