Former top-level sportsman, I followed a classic university course in sports management and training.
Passionate about the social and cognitive sciences that I studied, he deepened my knowledge in occupational psychology and trained in the various tools of coaching that are NLP, transactional analysis, active listening, neuro-semantics, and sophrology.
Always with the aim of continuous improvement, I am in a clinical psychology program.
My professional experience led me to take over the management of a transit agency specialized in air transport in 2004.
Until 2009 and in order to be better aligned with what is important in my life balance, I have continued my professional career path as a logistics consultant.
Eager to meet challenges, in 2011 I was responsible for establishing and developing a distribution network for a Korean company that is one of the world’s leading companies in the fields of electronics, hi-fi, home appliances, and telephony.
Starting in 2012, I added to my professional activities, the role of a trainer in stress and interpersonal conflict management. My systemic approach, centered on the individual in the company, although surprising, favors convincing results due to its ease of appropriation.
Since 2013, my professional life has been divided into two sectors: the first oriented towards coaching and the second towards therapy.
An adventure lover since I was a child, I live day by day, enjoying every second that passes, taking on challenges, taking care to maintain my balance, without seeking perfection, just to be myself and appreciate the facets of it, whether good or bad.
My life experiences have allowed me to understand how important it is to be aligned with its values, both in my personal and professional life and have catalyzed the construction of my life as a father, as a partner, as a collaborator, as a man, while continuing, like the parable of the hummingbird, to do my part, to make the world a better place.
