Marco Tamburini is a musician in his soul and is also passionate about selling. He first worked for a record store, then changed industry and managed a Streetwear store in Italy. This was a success and less than two years after opening the first store, the company opened a second one, then he founded a sales agency with a turnover of more than a million Italian lira at the beginning of the 2000s.
He next worked for a European skateboard brand and increased their turnover by 1000% in the first year.
When his first child was born, Marco started a new job as a salesman in a leading company of digital marketing services. He became really interested in selling techniques and put them into place in his company. In a few months, he became the sales manager, then the trainer for the sales team. At the end of the second year, he was looking after the whole Lombardy region, a large area that had not been developed.
He became Regional Sales Director and trained and coached the sales team to use his sales method. In 4 years, he managed to increase turnover by 1000%. All the salespeople who did his training still use his method successfully today in various industries.
