I have been passionate about personal development, (that I refer to as stripping back to the soul!) and spirituality for more than 20 years.

I have done many varied things. I became an entrepreneur at the age of 21, a young free woman with ambition, I’m known for being a little wacky and I’ve always done what I wanted! After working in different companies in event management and craftwork, I decided to use my skills and knowledge.

I trained in holistic therapy and spiritual hypnosis, became a certified Reiki Master in 2011, and I have created a protocol that connects you to yourself. This entire program is available online.

I was introduced to Huna and the ancestral teachings of Hawaiian shamans, and I use a quantum model for personal development.

Everything is about vibratory frequencies and we can change the information and patterns which are ingrained in our physical, mental, psychic and spiritual bodies.

I do one to one coaching, I hold immersion programmes and I’ve been a speaker at seminars and conferences and masterminds since 2018.

I strongly believe that passing on my knowledge will allow the world to change for the better for everyone, as each person wakes up to his conscious potential.
