Loïc Dufour is a passionate director-entrepreneur who was born into the world of being an entrepreneur. He trained at the “Compagnons du Devoir” at the “Tour de France” for several years, before going to university. Rigor and perseverance characterize him and enable him to constantly strive for excellence.
He started his working life as an intern and worked his way up little by little. Apprentice, Employee, Site manager, Manager, Project manager, Director then Managing Director and Associate. Today he is a company director and manages and works with other entrepreneurs in construction and renovation projects.
Loïc considers himself an eternal learner, someone who is constantly evolving. Recently, he became a professional director-entrepreneur through a 3 year unique career path. Through experimentation and practical application in his companies, Loïc has mastered the 35 key skills of a Director-Entrepreneur.
He has also held workshops for groups of entrepreneurs on the subject of a director’s well-being. After studying, managing and working alongside hundreds of entrepreneurs, all with different profiles, he has decided today to “entreprendre” differently by putting sense and a life purpose at the heart of each of his actions.
A committed and passionate entrepreneur, he is part of various jurisdictions, including the CJD, the oldest business association in France (that he represents at the CESER) that’s been working since 1938 for the economy to serve people.
